All the awesome goodness of everyone's favorite campfire treat in a martini. Make a pitcher or 2 of these for the adults at the next campfire - everyone will thank you. These also make a fun dessert martini for girls'night of book club.You can change the number of servings and the recipe will recalculate the ingredient portions.
Dip the rim of a martini glass into chocolate syrup, then into the crushed graham crackers. Chill glass in freezer until ready to use.
Thread the marshmallow(s) onto the wooden skewer(s) then toast with a brûlée torch or lighter (or over a campfire)
Pour all the liquid ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake until mixed well.
Pour mix from shaker into glass and sprinkle with a pinch of graham cracker crumbs. Garnish with the marshmallow straw and serve.
