A flavorful relish to serve with simple grilled meats or over lettuce greens for a vegetarian meal.
You can substitute chickpeas for the blackeyed peas.

Instructions
Thaw edamame in the refrigerator overnight or in a bowl of warm water.
Mix remaining ingredients and let stand for ten minutes, to let the flavors blend.
Chill and serve.
Notes
Can be made a day in advance, cover tightly and refrigerate. Add onion to taste.
