Microwave on high for 2 minutes then turn potato over microwave for another minute and check for to see if it is done. You should feel a slight give to the potato when you press it. if it is still firm continue microwaving at 1-minute intervals until the potato yields to pressure.Or press the baked potato button - it's magic.
Place potato on a piece of foil.
Drizzle with olive oil to coat
Grind sea salt over potato
Wrap in tin foil
Cook on the grill directly on the grate or over coals for 5 - 10 minutes
Serve immediately or they will keep warm wrapped in foil for a while.
Top with salt and pepper and if you like, butter, sour cream.Enjoy!
