If you don't have a pizza oven the next best thing is your grill. You'll be amazed - this is super easy and chances are you'll never make pizza in your oven again.
Combine warm water, oil, yeast and honey in a small bowl. Mix flours and salt together thoroughly in food processor or mixer. Let stand 5 minutes or until it bubbles. Add mixture while blending. Let mix 2 minutes.
Knead briefly on a lightly floured surface. Place in a large oiled bowl and let stand in a warm place for 2-3 hours. It should double in size. On a floured surface roll out 1/4 of the dough or a large pizza or 1/8 for individual crusts.
Now you can either freeze the crust or use them right away.
To use now:Preheat grill to med-high. I like my grill to be about 500 degrees. Turn down center burner to the lowest setting and the side burners to medium.
Place on heavy tin foil (preferably the non-stick kind). Grill 1-2 minutes then top with your favorite toppings. (Watching carefully to avoid burning). And finish grilling until toppings are heated through and cheese melts.
Freeze and use later:Top frozen crust with favorite topping and grill until crust is cooked and toppings heated and cheese bubbles.
Notes
If you are using toppings that take a while to cook like broccoli, you will want to pre-cook them.Better than take-out. To throw a "make your own" pizza party make individual crusts, set out toppings and an assortment of cheese and let everyone customize.
