Chicken and Sauce with Penne Pasta & Nina’s Famous Garlic Bread – This is my husband’s go-to meal for all occasions.  It’s a meal his Mom (The kids called her Nina and it stuck as her nickname) made when he was a kid.  It’s a super easy meal and can be made in giant batches to serve a crowd.  Make enough for leftovers, the chicken makes great sandwiches the next day.
