Steak and Baked Potato – This made the list of almost everyone we asked. Try making a Filet Mignon with a garlicky blue cheese crust, grilled baked potatoes, and simple grilled asparagus.
Lobster and a Simple Salad – Make this meal easy by grilling lobster tails and making a simple heirloom tomato salad. Serve with drawn butter and lemon + a crusty loaf of bread.
Grilled Chicken with Peppers and Onions Packets – Serve this with a simple Greek salad and roasted potatoes.

Chicken and Sauce with Penne Pasta & Nina’s Famous Garlic Bread – This is my husband’s go-to meal for all occasions. It’s a meal his Mom (The kids called her Nina and it stuck as her nickname) made when he was a kid. It’s a super easy meal and can be made in giant batches to serve a crowd. Make enough for leftovers, the chicken makes great sandwiches the next day.

Italian Roast Pork with Garlicky Broccoli Rabe – Slow cooked roast pork with simple seasoning served with a side of garlicky broccoli rabe is so good.

Crab Feast – Boil Blue Crabs with baby red potatoes and corn on the cob and serve with a simple summer salad.
