Quick and Easy Super Bowl REcipes to Feed a Crowd
Sure you could just pick-up a veggie platter and some chips and dip, but c’mon man epic food is almost as important as the Super Bowl itself. …and for some, it’s waaay more important.
Grab a couple of these easy feed-a-crowd recipes for amazingly good food that is so simple to make. You’ll just set-it-and-forget-it. Get out of the kitchen and into the party. This year you’ll enjoy the game the food and the commercials with the gang!
Stress-free Tips:
- Divide and conquer – Do you have friends or family with dietary restrictions? It can be crazy to try and keep up with who’s eating Keto, who’s eating vegetarian or vegans, so don’t. Just ask your guests to bring their favorite dish to share or ask them to an item like ice or snacks. You have no idea how helpful this is for everyone. Instead of wondering what to bring or last-minute calls on the way over everyone can be in on the fun from the start. This way everyone has something they love and you have less work.
- Prep ahead of time – You can pop everything in the slow cooker the night before then the next morning just turn them on. If you are serving a crudites platter or charcuterie board. prep everything in the morning and cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge until game time.
- Your Crockpot is your Best Friend – Confession #1 – I have 3 crockpots + a little one for keeping sauces warm and an electric wok that can do double duty as a slow cooker. Confession #2 – Sometimes 3 just isn’t enough and I borrow from friends and neighbors. Confession #3 – I have figured out how to make almost everything in my slow cooker. You can cook in the crockpot and then use them to keep everything warm. If I grill wings I’ll pop them in a crockpot to stay warm. Works perfectly! So embrace a slow cooker or 3.
Cheers!
