Strawberry Rosemary Frosé Cocktail Recipe
Strawberry Rosemary Frosé is the perfect adult slushy for summer. Frozen rose wine with strawberry and a rosemary simple syrup. Yum.
Strawberry Rosemary Frose
Ingredients
- 750 ml dry rosé - 1 bottle
- 10 ounces fresh strawberries - about 2 cups, sliced, plus more for garnish (optional)
- 2 tablespoon rosemary simple syrup - recipe below
- ¼ cup vodka
- 8 sprigs rosemary - fresh
Rosemary infused Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 sprigs rosemary
Instructions
To make the Rosemary Infused Simple Syrup
- Add two sprigs of fresh rosemary to 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and stir until sugar dissolves. Turn off heat and allow to steep for 30 minutes, remove the rosemary and cool completely.
For the Frosé
- Pour the rosé into ice cube trays and freeze until solid, 8 hours or overnight.
- Combine the strawberries rosemary simple syrup in a blender and let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes, until the berries begin to release their juices.
- Add the vodka and rosé cubes. Blend the mixture on high until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with strawberries and fresh spring of rosemary desired.
