This fruity, spicy salsa is sooo good, I can eat it with a spoon.  It's great with fresh seafood, chicken and, pork.  And it's even good to top a salad.

Ingredients

Fresh Mango Salsa

  • 1 1/2 cup mango diced and seeded
  • 2 t red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper seeded and finely diced
  • 1 fresh jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
  • 2 T fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro fresh, coarsely chopped

Instructions

For the Mango or Pineapple Salsa

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve fresh with fish tacos.
