Spicy Italian Calzone Pizza Hot Dog Recipe

Try this Spicy Italian Calzone Pizza Hot Dog Recipe.

This is a serious upgrade from your mom’s pigs in a blanket. Hot dogs smothered with pizza sauce, wrapped in pepperoni and mozzarella and blanketed with pizza dough.

Kids of all ages love these. So you might want to make extra if these are for the “kid’s” table. 🙂

Cut into smaller pieces these make great appetizers.

The whole family will love these hot dogs, for the adults feel free to substitute spicy Italian sausage for the hot dog, but the hot dogs are pretty darn good.

Adults just might be jealous of the kids.

What’s not to love – A hot dog wrapped in pepperoni, pizza sauce, and pizza dough.

Fun for kids and so good.
