Simple Spiked Watermelon Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 seedless watermelon
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup lemon flavored vodka
  • Sea salt
  • popsicle sticks

Instructions

  • Cut watermelon into wedges
  • Squeeze over watermelon
  • Cut a slit in the rind for the popsicle stick and insert the popsicle stick
  • Arrange on a platter, keep cold
  • Just before serving drizzle with lemon vodka and a single grind of fresh sea salt

Notes

Set aside a few watermelon wedges for kids and guest that prefer no alcohol. Super easy and refreshing.
Dress the platter up with edible flowers as pictured if you can't resist buying edible flowers any time you see them.  Enjoy!
