Ok.  So these are super easy and under 10 minutes fast + 2 only have about 100 calories vs the 260+ calories for 2 fried tostada shells.

I love serving them with slow-cooked Mexican beef, like Beef Deshebrada, shredded chicken or as a snack with guacamole.

Ingredients

  • 8 white corn tortillas
  • spray coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Place a wire rack over a baking sheet.

  3. Spray front and back of each tortilla and arrange on the wire rack.

  4. Bake about 2 minutes per side, until golden brown and nice and crispy.
