How to make the perfect pitcher of grapefruit mimosa

Mimosas are the official drink of brunch. I love the classic OJ and champagne mimosa but right now I'm loving the grapefruit version. Learn how to make the perfect pitcher of grapefruit mimosas.

Ingredients

  • 750 ml Sparkling wine or Prosecco Chilled good quality - no Andre
  • 1/2 cup grapefruit juice Cold fresh squeezed or good quailty grapefruit juice like Natalie's
  • 1 bunch mint

Instructions

  1. I a large pitcher mix Sparkling wine and juice.  Garnish with mint.

Recipe Notes

If you really want to be festive you can add a pink sugar rim to the champagne flutes.
