Easy Lemon Rosemary Grilled Salmon Recipe
This easy Lemon Rosemary Grilled Salmon Recipe will become one of your most requested backyard cookout recipes. It’s light enough for hot summer nights, but perfectly satisfying. Great news this is a great low-calorie option.
Lemon Rosemary Grilled Salmon
Simple and elegant. Serve with a crisp Chenin Blanc or a buttery Chardonnay.
- 2 lemons
- 24 oz Salmon Filets four 6-8 oz filets
- 1 T of dried rosemary or several sprigs of fresh
- 2 T olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T Honey
Heat grill to medium-high
Juice one lemon and combine with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. This will make a thin paste.
Pour over salmon in a shallow dish and let sit for 15 minutes.
Place salmon on 2 layers of tin foil.
Slice the lemon into rounds.
Place lemon slices on top of salmon and drizzle with honey.
Reduce heat to medium on center burner.
Close foil packet and place over center burner.
Cook until the salmon is cooked through about 5 minutes per side.
Serve with simple grilled vegetables.
