Lemon Rosemary Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons
  • 24 oz Salmon Filets - four 6-8 oz filets
  • 1 T of dried rosemary or several sprigs of fresh
  • 2 T olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 T Honey

Instructions

  • Heat grill to medium-high
  • Juice one lemon and combine with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. This will make a thin paste.
  • Pour over salmon in a shallow dish and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Place salmon on 2 layers of tin foil.
  • Slice the lemon into rounds.
  • Place lemon slices on top of salmon and drizzle with honey.
  • Reduce heat to medium on center burner.
  • Close foil packet and place over center burner.
  • Cook until the salmon is cooked through about 5 minutes per side.

Notes

Serve with simple grilled vegetables.
