Grilled Shrimp with Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients
Shrimp Skewer Ingredients
- 24 Wild Caught Shrimp
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lime - juiced
Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons finely minced celery
- 2 tablespoons minced celery leaves
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Hot sauce - like Tabasco
Instructions
Shrimp skewer directions
- Thread shrimp onto the skewer
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Squeeze with lime
- Grill until shrimp is opaque and just cooked all the way through
- Serve immediately with Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce
Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
- Season to taste with hot sauce.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
