Shrimp Skewer Ingredients

  • 24 Wild Caught Shrimp
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 lime juiced

Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons finely minced celery
  • 2 tablespoons minced celery leaves
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Hot sauce like Tabasco


Shrimp skewer directions

  1. Thread shrimp onto the skewer
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper

  3. Squeeze with lime

  4. Grill until shrimp is opaque and just cooked all the way through

  5. Serve immediately with Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce

Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Season to taste with hot sauce.
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Make Bloody Mary cocktail sauce up to 3 days in advance and keep in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator, or freeze for up to 1 month.
