Easy No-Cook Cranberry Relish Recipe
This Easy No-Cook Cranberry Relish is so yummy and so easy you’ll never serve the wiggly canned cranberry sauce again – unless you really want to. I have a niece that insists on the wiggly canned cranberry sauce at every holiday meal. But this cranberry relish is a big hit with everyone else. It’s perfect for Thanksgiving but easy enough for any weeknight meal.
Easy No-Cook Cranberry Relish
- 1 Bag of fresh cranberries
- 1 Cup water
- 1/2 Cup sugar or honey - Half of the usual amount!
- 1 Medium-sized seedless orange - cut into small pieces, skin and all
- 1 Small grapefruit - seeds removed, cut into small pieces, skin and all
- 1 Large lime - seeds removed, cut into small pieces, skin and all
- 1 Large lemon - seeds removed, cut into small pieces, skin and all
- 1/2 cup of mixed nuts - don't use the Brazil Nuts
- Wash all of the fruits and place (with nutmeats if desired) into a food grinder.
- Grind ingredients to a coarse chop and place into a large bowl.
- Add honey or sugar and serve immediately or refrigerate overnight.
