Worlds Best Paloma Recipe

The Worlds Best Paloma Recipe – The perfect combination of Tequila, fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice, and lime, salt-rimmed & topped with a little club soda. A Mexican vacation in a glass.

This might be Mexico’s most popular tequila drink. This drink is traditionally made with Mexican grapefruit soda, but I think it’s too sweet so I started making this with fresh pink grapefruit juice, a little simple syrup, and club soda.

  2. Fill the glass with ice.

Recipe Notes

*To make simple syrup the quick and easy way...

For years I boiled water, added sugar and "cooked" the syrup until the sugar dissolved and then had to wait overnight for the syrup to cool. I just always kept a bottle of simple syrup in the fridge for cocktails. Then one day I needed simple syrup and didn't have time to go through the whole process. So I just combined 1 part water and 1 part sugar in a bottle and shook to combine and dissolve the sugar. Perfect!
